Happy birthday to my favorite person in all the world! Randy, you are the sweetest, smartest, most fun person to be around. I love you so much and I am thankful to have you in my life every single day. I wont be able to see you much today, but I'm excited to spend a lot of one on one time with you next week while we are on our cruise.
I made this F-22 cake for Randy to take to work with him and share with his coworkers. I made the plane out of modeling chocolate. I guess I need to work on my sculpting skills, but seeing as I haven't done any modeling since high school and playing play dough with the kids, it wasn't horrible.
He also did not want "Happy birthday" or "Randy" on the cake anywhere. I put the Northrop Grumman logo on the cake though because he was taking it to work. When I asked him why he didn't want his name on the cake he said "It's not about me." Uh,...yeah, its YOUR birthday! But, I suppose that is just the person Randy is and I love him all the more for it. I Hope you have a great birthday sweetie!
